COLD WATER FALLS

When the wayward daughter of a New York crime boss inadvertently robs a shipment of meth heading for Canada, a group of small time smugglers are thrown into a David and Goliath battle to keep control of their town. Stuck in the middle of this is a compromised NYPD Detective trying to find her way out before she loses everything.
